Mortgage Credit Certificates

This program issues a tax credit of up to 15 percent of the interest paid on a homebuyer's first mortgage, helping to reduce their federal income tax burden.

Home Repair Program

This program funds the repair of owner-occupied homes through two local non-profit organizations: Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley and Rebuilding Together Peninsula. These organizations help lower-income homeowners receive eligible home repairs, modifications, and safety improvements at no cost.
