Continuum of Care governance
To act on behalf of the CoC, the CoC Board was established. The Board is the driving force behind systems change to end and prevent homelessness and to provide the resources to support system change. The CoC Governance Charter outlines additional information on the structure of the CoC.

Housing and Urban Development CoC program funding

The annual CoC Program Funding application process is now open. Local application submissions due to the CoC on September 10, 2024 by 5:00PM.
