Transitional housing

Target population

Transitional housing with case management services is usually provided to specific subpopulations of homeless people including:

  • Transition aged youth, 16 to 24 years old
  • Domestic violence survivors
  • Those in recovery from substance use disorders who desire more intensive support to achieve recovery goal
  • People leaving jail or prison 

Supportive services

  • Temporary rent subsidy
  • Case management with counseling for duration of program participation
  • Various other employment, life skills supports
