Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program

The Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) is an initiative designed to prevent and end youth homelessness, which includes the development and implementation of a coordinated community approach centered in equity and youth voice, led by the Youth Action Board (YAB). In the Fall of 2021, Santa Clara County was selected by HUD to participate in the YHDP.
